Return and Refund
We offer a 30-day free return for all Acacia products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, kindly contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Upon receiving and inspecting your item, our customer service team will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund request is approved or declined. Approved refunds will be processed with a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
