Cancellation

We aim to fulfill your order promptly and efficiently, and we hope you receive it without delay. If you wish to cancel your order, please promptly contact our support team atsupport@theacacia.com. We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped. Please be aware that it might take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Return and Refund

We hope you enjoy your Acacia purchase. If you’d like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.


To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and packed back in the original box. Simply send it back within 30 days for a refund.


Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items if the box has not been opened. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repacking, or missing parts.


We offer free returns on all Acacia products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned within 30 days of purchase.


To initiate a return, kindly contact our support team at support@theacacia.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Upon receiving and inspecting your item, our customer service team will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund request is approved or declined. Approved refunds will be processed with a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
