Warranty
If you ever experience an issue with one of our products, please reach out to us at support@theacacia.com. We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. We strive to reply to customer emails within 1-2 business days, but for complicated warranty issues and claims, it may take us longer to reply.
3-Year Limited Warranty
The Space Acacia Product, including the Space Acacia Tent, Air Floor, and Canopy comes with a 3-year limited warranty providing that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The limited warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase through the term of the limited warranty period.
During the limited warranty period for the product, Acacia will provide parts, repair, or replace your product, at our discretion, due to any defect in materials or workmanship. Acacia will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation. We do not offer monetary reimbursement, nor is the limited warranty transferable to any third party beyond the original purchaser.
Covered:
- Defect in materials.
- Defect in workmanship.
Not Covered:
- UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric or gel coat.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (scratches or dents etc.).
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or improper care.
- Damage caused by acts of nature (storm damage, wind damage, etc.).
- Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of Space Acacia.
- Arbitrarily repair or modification by the customer.
2-Year Warranty Extension for Crowdfunding Backers
As a token of our appreciation for our crowdfunding backers who purchased our products on crowdfunding platforms (including Indiegogo and Kickstarter), we offer a two-year warranty extension.
For 5 years from the date of purchase, Acacia will provide parts, repair, or replace your product, at our discretion, due to any defect in materials or workmanship. Acacia will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation.

- Defect in materials.

Not Covered:

LED Lighting System, Electric Pump and Other Accessories:
1-Year Limited Warranty
For 1 year from the date of purchase, Acacia will replace (at our discretion) defective parts or products at no cost to the customer.
